1. Payment for Services

  • Advance Payment Required: All psychic consultations must be paid for in full and in advance. Our psychic advisors will not begin any consultation until full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Secure Payment Processing: We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your consultation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking upon successful payment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Payments for all psychic readings and consultation services are non-refundable.
  • Client Acknowledgement: You understand and agree that by booking a consultation, you are purchasing the time, energy, and expertise of our psychic advisors. The insights and guidance provided are based on the psychic's interpretation and are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. The value of the service is in the time and effort dedicated to you, which cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any reason after a service has been rendered or a booking has been made.
  • Dissatisfaction with a Reading: We strive to provide a positive and insightful experience. However, dissatisfaction with the content of a reading is not grounds for a refund. Psychic readings are subjective and open to interpretation. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that you will agree with all the insights provided.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. As all payments are non-refundable, we will not issue a refund. However, with sufficient notice, we may offer a one-time option to reschedule your appointment for a future date and time, subject to our availability.
  • "No-Shows": If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will forfeit the entire fee for the consultation. A "no-show" is considered a cancellation without notice.
  • Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a psychic advisor's illness), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
